Katherine Bowes is the Administrative Assistant to the President, Brian Danese, and Executive Secretary, Martin Fancher. She also serves as Director of HR and is honored to provide support to the pastors and teachers of the Gulf States Conference. In addition to serving the president and executive secretary, her responsibilities in HR include maintaining employee records, updating job descriptions and posting job openings, as well as coordinating programs and benefits, and updating employee policy with the goal of promoting positive employer-employee relationships. Katherine has a passion for service and considers it a privilege to work for the Seventh-day Adventist church. Katherine served the church in Canada for more than ten years before moving to Bass Memorial Academy in 2015. She is pleased to be part of the Gulf States team and looks forward to seeing how God will continue to lead as she begins this new chapter within the Gulf States Conference.
